Emergency escape solution
The GDL balcony roof window opens to a 45° angle to provide ample ventilation and to satisfy egress requirements for emergency escape.
Exclusive dual sash operation
The top sash opens for maximum ventilation and also pivots inward for easy cleaning from inside the room. The bottom sash opens outward to create a roof balcony.
Convenient ventilation
When the GDL CABRIO roof window is closed, a ventilation flap can be opened to provide a breath of fresh air ― even if it is raining outside.
Energy efficient glass for added safety and energy efficiency
The GDL roof window comes with laminated insulated glass only.
