Leak-proof Solariums
We use a glazing system that has the very best drainage system and condensation gutters. We also do some extensive testing once the solarium has been installed to ensure it is leak-proof. We use a heat mirrored glass, which reflects the harmful UV rays so that it doesn’t discolor furniture and floors or overheat the house. We also look at mechanicals in putting together a comfortable room, such as ductless air conditioners, venting, or even re-designing duct sizes.

Cathedral Ceilings
Skylights create an environment that is comfortable to be in -- both physically and emotionally. Review: This blind is installed on the outside of roof windows only. The idea of a blind on the outside, to stop the heat of the sun before it even reaches the window is great, but we have not found this blind to be as convenient as others in its usage, so we rarely recommend it.
USER TIP: IN THE WINTER
When a blind is closed during cold weather, the heat of the house does not reach the glass and keep it warm. This can cause condensation to form more readily between the blind and the skylight. So remember to open your blinds everyday, to allow air movement to reach the glass.
