We recognize that we are not just installing or repairing skylights; we are creating the environment in which you and your family will be immersed. So, we take the time to learn about your vision for your environment and about the structure of your house to determine how we can best contribute to the enjoyment of your home.

Once we are each crystal clear on your dream, your needs, your timelines and the structural requirements, we will propose the ideal solution(s) that will get you exactly what you want, and more, at the best value possible. We will talk to you about placement for ideal sun exposure, product selection to maximize your energy efficiency and design for optimum aesthetic appeal.

Go!

You don’t want to wait around for the light to shine. So, once we get the green light, we schedule the work to fit your timelines, assign the best team for the job and begin. Once work has begun, we will communicate with you at every step along the way so that you always know the status of the project.

Houseclean

We will never leave a mess. It’s your home. You deserve to have it respected. That is why our team is uniformed; we always bring alternative footwear should we have to be inside your home; we show you photographs of your roof so you can be comfortable with the work we have done (without you climbing up there yourself); and, most importantly, we leave no trace, inside or out that we were ever there. (Except, of course, for the warm beautiful sunlight streaming into your home).

Test and Teach

After the work is done, we want to make sure you are completely satisfied. We will walk you through the environment to show you where you can expect the light to appear at various times of the day. In the case of opening skylights, we will advise you of how to operate them and when to use them for maximum energy efficiency. We will also pour buckets of water on and around the skylights to demonstrate how leak proof they are. And then, we will leave you to enjoy your beautified home.
